DISPATCH
All orders are dispatched by me via Royal Mail in the UK
I run this business by myself and unfortunately can’t pack at the speed of big corporations! Orders are shipped out every Friday - your patience is appreciated!
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders.
UK
1st Class Shipping - orders will take approximately 1-2 days to arrive after dispatch
Royal Mail will not class a 1st class order as lost until it’s been at least 2 weeks since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate it for you.
INTERNATIONAL
International Tracked – approximately 7 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. Please also check your spam or junk folders!

Customs
Customers outside of the UK, especially Europe, may have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order, I’m unfortunately unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to.
PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders.
GENERAL INFO
- Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct.
- You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out (check spam and junk folders!)
- If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it.
- I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to me, in which case I will contact you to ask if you’d like me to re-attempt delivery.
- If you’re ordering for a birthday, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details. I will try my best to accommodate your request and ship it out as quickly as possible, but once I have dispatched it, I cannot control how quickly Royal Mail deliver it to you. Tracked shipping is highly recommended in these circumstances.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Due to hygiene reasons I do NOT offer returns. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please contact me within 14 working days
